The Role
This is a senior hands-on role within a Social and Government research team, based in Sydney, with hybrid working (3 days in office for team mentoring and culture building). You will lead large-scale, high-profile quantitative research projects end-to-end, with a primary focus on government communications research and evaluation.
Forming part of the executive team you will work across mixed-methods projects, you will serve as a key client contact, contribute to proposals and tenders, and play an active role in developing a talented junior team.
About You
You are an analytically rigorous and commercially minded quantitative researcher with 10+ years of experience, ideally within a research agency, government or social impact context. You have proven project leadership skills across complex, large-scale research.
You are confident presenting insights to senior stakeholders, passionate about the social impact of research and driven to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
You will be comfortable working across multiple projects with competing priorities and ensure your team is working to productive deadlines and budgets.
