Position Overview
We're currently looking for passionate and dedicated Registered or Enrolled Nurses to join our Patient Onboarding team! This role involves behind‐the‐scenes admin support for our patients in their journey with medicinal cannabis, and is perfect for those who have a knack for empathy, excellent communication and admin/tech skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Please note: This is a full‐time position located in Richmond. At this time, we are unable to support remote work or candidates on Working Holiday Visas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct My Health Record checks to support prescribers in clinical decision‐making
* Facilitate the discharge of patients who are no longer suitable for treatment, with clarity and empathy
* Perform admin tasks to maintain accurate patient records
* Contribute ideas to improve our support processes
* Efficiency in screening and reviewing large amounts of data
* (Future) potential to support patient onboarding as the role evolves
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
* Exceptional communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Tech literacy and ability to be self‐sufficient.
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
* Patience and a positive, empathetic attitude towards patients.
* 1–2 years of experience following completion of a bachelor's degree.
