About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Associate Director to lead the team. This is a unique opportunity to influence the firm's direction, mentor a small high-performing team, and manage a broad, established portfolio of business clients.
In this role, you will:
- Lead with autonomy, influence and professional growth.
- Manage a portfolio of business clients across various industries.
- Deliver tax, business advisory, and accounting services.
- Mentor and develop junior staff and emerging leaders.
- Drive process improvement and strategic firm initiatives.

About You

You are ready for the next step. Currently operating in a Manager or Senior Manager role within a larger public practice or similar role, you are looking for greater autonomy, responsibility, faster progression and the opportunity to directly impact strategy and growth.
You are a confident communicator, a passionate leader and focused on delivering high-quality client outcomes.
You will bring:
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team and client portfolio.
- Strong technical expertise in taxation, accounting, and business advisory.
- A continual development mindset and interest in business growth.
- A genuine interest in playing an integral role in your staff's development.
