We have a killer all Italian wine list, an incredible atmosphere and an extended family of long time regular customers. We serve a creative, playful take on what Italian food in Australia can be and are excited to work with the next generation of ambitious young Chefs.
The Role
The role is hands on, with input into of menu design, a small passionate, kitchen team and offers a huge opportunity for career development.
* Run Cold Larder/Dessert or Grill/Pans Section
-Work alongside Head Chef and Owner
* Develop specials, new menu items and special degustation menus
The Details
* You will have at least 2 - 3 years experience
* Experience in top, hatted or similar restaurants
* Knowledge of classic Italian as well as modern dining trends
* Ability to lead and work well as part of a small team
