About The Role
As part of our Concierge team, you will be responsible for:
o Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly courteous manner
o Signing in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments
o Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate
o Answering questions about venues and providing all relevant information
o Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
o Processing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting payments
o Updating details in membership system
o Issuing Workers’ Gift Cards
o Taking member bookings for the Club courtesy bus
o Facilitate cloak room service; and
o Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.
Requirements
o 12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred
o Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
o Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints
o Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
o Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card
o Polite phone etiquette; and
o Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
