Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your SCADA programming and troubleshooting knowledge in a collaborative environment.

You will have the chance to work with various skilled professionals, travel to wind farms to resolve system issues, and interact with your broader team.

* Schedule SCADA maintenance according to established plans.
* Perform unscheduled SCADA maintenance via AFRM process through Salesforce.
* Provide Level 1 support for SCADA and OT systems at Wind Power Parks.
* Troubleshoot SCADA Hardware and Software, including networks, onsite and remotely.
* Install SCADA systems.
* Action C4C/TSL/CSM tickets.
* Action Work Orders on Salesforce.
* Develop technical documentation.
* Contribute to task lists, parts lists, and tools lists.
* Support SCADA engineers through onsite assistance.
* Offer after-hours support and standby services.
* Act as a SCADA ambassador onsite to customers and service teams.

Qualifications:

* Hold a technical education in IT, Electronics, or a related field.
* Possess experience in server operating systems, Windows, Linux, and SQL database administration, including administrative functionalities.
* Be proficient in using C4C, TSL, MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
* Be willing to travel regionally.
* Demonstrate understanding of Industrial SCADA systems.
* Able to review Technical Requirement Specifications and Design Descriptions.
* Familiarity with networking and their configuration.
* Knowledge of PLC programming and communication protocols (IEC-104, IEC-101, MODBUS, DNP, OPC) is a plus.
* Good grasp of detailed engineering of the SCADA system, Fibre Optic Network, SCADA installations, and configuration.
* Awareness of fiber optic principles and termination.
* Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
* Able to collaborate across the APAC SCADA team.
* In possession of a valid Driver's License.
