The Prospect
CSI is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join the team based at one of our client sites.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day supervision of crushing plant operations, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to all site safety and environmental policies.
This role requires hands on leadership, robust problem solving skills, and the ability to foster a positive team culture.
It is a full time permanent role on an 8D 6RR 7N 7RR roster.
Responsibilities
Supervise the operation and maintenance of fixed crushing equipment and ROM operations.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimise downtime and maximise output.
Implement and enforce safety and environmental standards.
Monitor production outputs against targets and adjust operations as required.
Train, mentor and develop plant operators.
Complete shift reports, incident investigations and other required documentation.
Qualifications
C Class Driver's Licence.
Schedule 26.
Australian work rights.
Proven experience in crushing plant and ROM operations, ideally in a supervisory or leading hand capacity.
Strong knowledge of crushing and screening equipment.
Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
Relevant qualifications and/or tickets (e.g. Supervisory Training, Loader/Excavator tickets) highly regarded.
