Front Office Receptionist
About the Role
The Front Office Receptionist is a vital position that requires exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail. As the welcoming face of our park, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of service to our guests, processing check-ins and outs, and accurately using the park's booking system.
Duties
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
* Processing guest check-ins and outs in a timely and accurate manner.
* Maintaining accurate records and information using the park's booking system.
* Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to ensure all accommodation is ready for guests.
* Supplying guests with information regarding property facilities and local attractions.
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to meet health and safety standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience in a front office or hospitality role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation systems.
* Able to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
