The Opportunity:
Take ownership on the marketing and partnerships for a portfolio of Shopping Centres in Western Australia, minimal travel will be required and you will be based at one Shopping Centre.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing with a dotted line to the Shopping Centre Manager, you will work closely with your marketing counter-part in WA looking after other Centres in the portfolio, and collaborate on the local strategy, while liaising with the National team on the national strategy.
You will create innovative and creative campaigns that are tailored to the communities, and will drive foot-traffic, tenant awareness, improve sales and enhance the overall shopping centre experience.

Responsibilities:
* Lead marketing activity across a portfolio of centres – one main community shopping centre plus three smaller centres
* Partner with tenants to deliver marketing initiatives that drive sales, traffic, and customer engagement
* Own social media strategy and execution, including day-to-day management, content creation, scheduling, and reporting
* Plan and deliver campaigns, events, and activations, managing costs and tracking performance
* Support development of annual marketing plans and budgets
* Identify PR opportunities to build awareness and strengthen centre profiles in the community
* Work collaboratively with a Centre Manager and national marketing team to deliver results in an agile, fast-paced environment
About You:
* 2–4+ years' marketing experience with strong social media skills
* Experience in shopping centre, retail, property, hospitality, food or fashion marketing valued
* Confident creating content (photos, videos, copy) with strong Canva skills
* Comfortable working autonomously and advising non-marketing stakeholders
* Strong communicator with a customer-first, proactive, and adaptable approach
* Excellent time management and ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns across multiple sites
