Transaction Diligence Consultant
Ey Parthenon's transaction diligence team delivers real-world value to clients by combining transformative strategy, transactions, and corporate finance.
The Opportunity
You will work with large organisations, fast-growing companies, and private equity firms on complex deals in the global market. Your key responsibilities include:
* Participating in due diligence engagements related to business acquisitions or disposals;
* Project managing information flows and managing key stakeholders;
* Identifying business development opportunities and assisting partners and directors on proposals and new business opportunities.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics and be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent.
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment with experience in a transaction diligence role within a consulting environment;
* Be capable of working independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements, showcasing strong project management and client relationship skills.
