About the Role We're seeking an experienced Workforce Business Partner to provide practical HR advice and support across recruitment, performance management, classification, misconduct matters and general workforce queries. You'll work closely with a Senior Workforce Business Partner and contribute to HR projects, workforce planning and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate, timely HR advice on policies, employment conditions and legislation.
* Support recruitment, performance processes, and HR documentation.
* Prepare reports, briefings and workforce data.
* Build strong relationships with managers and staff.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience delivering HR advisory services with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Knowledge of HR legislation, awards and workforce best practice.
