Join BAE Systems Australia as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Structures and contribute to the maintenance of the Hawk Lead-In Fighter program at RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW.

Key Responsibilities
Production, maintenance and repair of sheet metal, bonded and non-metallic composite material and components on aircraft.
Work in an aviation environment to meet all regulatory and airworthiness requirements.
Carry out scheduled servicing and other unscheduled maintenance under the direction of the Team Leader.
Ensure all maintenance and technical documentation is authorised, compliant and recorded accurately.
Report defects, deficiencies, maintenance errors and unserviceabilities to the Team Leader.
Initiate quality, non-conformance or defect reporting as directed.
About You
Hold a relevant Aircraft Maintenance Trade – Cert IV Aeroskills – Structures (mandatory).
Australian citizen with the ability to obtain Defence clearance (mandatory).
Experience or strong interest in working with Defence military aircraft.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deliver work within a fast-paced team environment.

Please note a Defence security clearance is required; applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible for clearance. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) may impact suitability.
