The Position We are looking for suitably qualified Staff Specialists in Vascular Surgery for a permanent vacancy in Newcastle, NSW.
The successful applicant will provide contemporary, comprehensive and professional specialist vascular services that are safe, effective, evidence based and patient centred to patients at the largest hospital in the Hunter New England Local Health District.

This is a Level 6, tertiary referral, major trauma and teaching hospital and is the largest hospital in the Hunter New England Local Health District.

Essential Criteria Hold specialist registration in Vascular Surgery with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
Have demonstrated recent and comprehensive experience in vascular surgery Participate in on call schedules as determined by departmental needs Provide support and training to clinicians across multiple disciplines to achieve quality education and safe practice.
