Richglen are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our dedicated maintenance team on a major long-term contract in the Blackwater region.
Role: Mechanical Supervisor – 7/7 Roster
Location: Blackwater, QLD
Employment Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: Competitive Rate
This permanent role offers:
* 7/7 roster (Thursday to Wednesday – rotating day/night shifts)
* 12.5-hour shifts
* Field maintenance on draglines
* Crew of 6: 1 Supervisor, 2 Fitters, 2 Electricians, 1 Boilermaker
* Meals and accommodation provided
* Daily camp-to-site travel allowance
* RMS vehicle supplied
* 5 weeks annual leave

What You’ll Need:
✔ Proven experience with dragline maintenance – essential
✔ Mechanical trade qualification
✔ Supervisory or leading hand experience
✔ Current Coal Board Medical
✔ Current Standard 11
✔ Strong leadership skills and a safety-first mindset
