What you'll do
Cartology is one of the leading players in the retail media industry. This role requires someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and a changing landscape.
You will manage yourself and direct reports to significantly grow multi-channel media sales from (supplier) clients to meet or exceed budgeted revenue objectives
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Lead your team to confidently sell Cartology's full multi-channel media portfolio, aligning with client objectives and Woolworths strategies within your assigned categories
Partner & collaborate with the Head of Client Partnerships & General Manager Commercial & Strategic Solutions (EDN), Cartology Operations, Marketing, Commercial teams, to deliver strong client experiences ensuring balance of customer-centric and business priorities
Mentor and coach a client partnership team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture that encourages customer-first mindset and professional growth
Provide strategic thought leadership to developing and actively maintaining strategic call plans for both yourself and your direct reports
Become an expert in your category, understanding key activation timings, promotional plans and customer behaviour
Make informed decisions based on customer insights, data-led sales trends and media campaigns key performance indicators to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
What you'll bring
Significant experience in multi-channel media sales including shopper customers as media end recipient for a successful customer-centric brand
Demonstrated success in building & driving a sales strategy, supporting your team to achieve targets
Thought leadership with strong influencing skills to generate support for new opportunities
Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with senior client contacts to deliver positive outcomes
Strong team leadership building and developing highly engaged teams who perform at their best through coaching, development and feedback
Analytical insight; measurement and impact of data to show the business results of strategic campaign efforts to drive repeat business
