Early Childhood Education Assistant
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to assist in our early childhood education program.
This role offers the opportunity to work towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic team environment.
* Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and organisational policies and procedures.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs.
* Support reflective practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside secondary school in the last 7 years.
* Willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work individually and as part of a collaborative team.
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm for early years education.
* Flexible availability.
* Interest in child development and learning.
* Current Working with Children Check.
