Corporate Governance Specialist Role
* Support the planning and execution of Council meetings and workshops.
* Provide expert assistance in governance and compliance matters across the Council.
* Oversee a systematic approach to work schedules and internal communications.
* Minute taking at Council meetings.
* Cultivate collaborative relationships and provide exceptional service and advice across Council departments.
* Manage the Councillor intranet page and maintain the governance intranet sites.
* Assist in the coordination of Council Elections and support the preparation of Councillor induction and training programs.
* Undertake special projects and assignments as required.
