You will develop and maintain working relationships with team members and key stakeholders and will work collaboratively to ensure the necessary employee resources meet client and project deliverables.This role is the first point of contact for the receipt, qualification and processing of all project and technical resource requests.DutiesBe the primary contact regarding day-to-day resource planning and allocation/ scheduling of direct resources to meet agreed upon service levels and client commitments, in line with the agreed resource management processesAssist with the review of Scope of Works and the development of project and resource plans for project managed engagements involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical skills align with requirements and allocating resources to meet project schedules, scope and resource budgetsPerform weekly follow-ups with all professional services resources, Practice Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure that work planned is completed or re-scheduled and that work for the next fortnight is planned and whitespace is identified and reportedSet up a project and engagement from Customer/ Practice handover and initiate kick-off with assigned practice resourceAttend project meetings with the client to review project performance, discuss risks and issues and action accordinglyWork with your project team to identify further opportunities within the client and communicate these back to relevant CyberCX personnelSkills & experiencePrevious experience in a scheduling, project or resource coordination role or experience in a similar environmentSolid experience with the development and maintenance of resource forecasting, tracking and reporting tools utilising Microsoft Excel or similar platformsEffective stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility both internally and externally at all levelsSkilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient mannerBenefitsFlexible hybrid working environment (a blend of office and WFH)Corporate discounts on a huge variety of retail stores through our partnersAbility to deepen your experience and skills in-line with CyberCX's specialisation as Australia's leading cyber security provider.Opportunities to work with a diversity of clients experiencing the challenges and opportunities associated with the digital transformation of their enterprise or industry and distinguish yourself as a professional who can navigate these areas.Please note, due to the nature of this role, it is a mandatory requirement that all applicants are Australian citizens with the ability to hold an Australian Government Security Clearance.
