Overview
Computer Systems Officer - Business Systems Maintenance is a Permanent Full-time role with flexible work arrangements at the Queensland Government. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced software development environment with a team of software developers, testers, project managers and other IT professionals.
Responsibilities
* Deliver business solutions using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse within the Corporate Applications team.
* Develop and maintain low-code applications that support complex business needs, including model-driven and Canvas Power Apps and automated workflows using Power Automate.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and configure solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and, where necessary, Microsoft Azure technologies.
* Utilise SQL, Azure Logic Apps, or other cloud services as appropriate to support solutions.
* Be hands-on from concept through to deployment with a focus on quality, usability, and supporting users through the development process.
Qualifications
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and related technologies.
* Familiarity with SQL and cloud services (Azure) desirable.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and engage with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
