Hotel Front Desk Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in a hotel, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:
* Acting as a role model for the Front Office team
* Driving loyalty sign-ups in line with regional targets
* Leading by example when attending to guest requests
* Providing guidance and supporting training to the team
* Resolving guest complaints and challenges
* Assisting with check-in and check-out of guests
* Assisting other areas of the hotel during peak times
Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar role in a hotel
* Confidence and ability to approach people to initiate conversations and build relationships
* Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy
* Time management and multi-tasking skills
