What you'll be doing
In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the ACMHS Manager and the Operations Manager, working across two complex service portfolios. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination, reporting and communication across multidisciplinary teams.

* Coordinate executive reporting, legal documentation, subpoenas and Ministry reporting requirements

* Manage complex scheduling, meetings, correspondence and high-level stakeholder engagement

* Monitor workforce metrics including leave, rostering, recruitment and KPI performance tracking

* Develop and maintain advanced Excel reporting tools to support service outcomes and performance

* Support multidisciplinary teams through efficient administration, records management and project coordination

How to Apply

* Relevant qualifications in business, office administration or equivalent experience in similar office/administrative/customer service/reception support roles.

* Demonstrated experience in providing a high calibre of administrative support to senior staff and multiple teams, ideally with experience managing dual reporting relationships.

* Demonstrated capacity to organise a high level workload with competing priorities in a professional manner with a genuine commitment to customer service and proven ability to liaise with medical and nonmedical personnel at all levels.

* Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems whilst working in a high pressured role with competing demands and deadlines

* Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to confidentially and sensitively handle controversial and emotive issues

* Experience in servicing various services, including preparation of agendas and taking minutes and experience in the preparation of correspondence and reports, including quality assurance

* Competency using information and communication technology, software programs for tasks including emailing, internet, data searching and presentations and ability to readily learn new systems and programs

* Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable, use initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
