Role: Senior Property Manager / Team Lead Location: North Brisbane Employment: Full-Time Salary: Up to $100k Super The Opportunity An exciting opportunity for a Property Manager ready to step into a Senior Property Manager / Team Lead position within a well-established and growing property management division. This role stands out for its exceptional support structure, allowing you to focus on relationship management, leadership, and delivering a high-quality service without being bogged down in admin. You’ll work closely with the Head of Department as a 2IC, with a clear pathway into further leadership as the team continues to grow. About the Role You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 140 properties, backed by one of the most well-supported setups in the market. The business has invested heavily in structure and resources, meaning you’re not expected to do everything yourself, instead, you’re supported by dedicated specialists across leasing, administration, and business development.
