This role offers the opportunity to step into a high-visibility leadership position within a growing, ASX-listed healthcare organisation, where finance plays a central role in strategy, integration and performance. You’ll work closely with an experienced executive team and help shape the future finance capability of the Group. The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role for an accomplished finance professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced and acquisitive environments. The Group Finance Manager will take ownership of group accounting, statutory and management reporting, and balance sheet governance across ANZ operations. You will lead a capable finance team, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and play a critical role in strengthening reporting excellence, controls and scalability befitting a leading ASX-listed organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead group accounting and month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Oversee half-year and full-year statutory reporting for the listed entity, including audit and Audit & Risk Committee requirements Act as custodian of the Group general ledger, balance sheet governance and financial controls Provide technical accounting leadership, including complex accounting matters, position papers and acquisition support Partner with Corporate Finance, Tax and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting and financial insights Support tax compliance through high-quality data and collaboration with internal and external advisors Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and controls Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing team of financial and commercial accountants About You CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance Strong background in group accounting and financial reporting within complex, multi-entity environments Proven experience preparing statutory accounts for an ASX-listed organisation Deep technical accounting expertise combined with strong commercial judgement Demonstrated people leadership experience and ability to build high-performing teams Experience supporting acquisitive growth and post-merger integration Exposure to ERP or large-scale finance system implementations Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders Healthcare, distribution or similarly complex operational experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
