About The Role
As the Sales Administrator, you will support the team by managing contracts, listings, marketing, database accuracy and more. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team enviroment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales and listing documentation for the team and Director
Coordinate marketing tasks, photography, and online listings
Provide daily admin support to Sales Agents and office staff
Manage internal communication, scheduling, and team coordination
Maintain CRM, compliance records, and office documentation
Assist with reports, proposals, and presentations
Support smooth workflow and daily office operations
About You
Experience in real estate administration is essential
Hold a Real Estate Qualification (Cert III, Cert IV, or Diploma)
Strong leadership qualities and confidence in your role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, energetic, and able to manage competing priorities
