We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to provide independent oversight and governance for monitoring and managing complaints across the Department of Health.
About This Role:
* This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that all complaints are thoroughly investigated, resolved, and monitored.
The successful applicant will have high-level knowledge and experience of contemporary trauma-informed approaches to complaint management. They should also possess well-developed research and analytical skills, as well as case management skills with the ability to identify relevant issues from systems and databases.
