This role is a key part of that mission. As a Service and Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for providing seamless member experiences on the No Additional Charge (NAC) insurance program.
Working closely with American Express, Macquarie, Bendigo Adelaide, and Investec, you will deliver superior service for inquiries, including claims related to the NAC Insurance on their Credit and Charge Cards.
As a professional in this role, you will operate within a heavily regulated industry, demonstrating an understanding of Chubb's legal, regulatory, and internal compliance obligations.
You will work efficiently, honestly, and fairly, ensuring financial services are delivered to the highest standards.
With excellent phone manner and verbal communication skills, strong written communication skills, and proficiency in computer systems, you will provide high-quality service on all inquiries, including claims.
You will also focus on delivering exceptional experiences during every customer interaction, understanding customer needs, and delivering personalized service.
Maintaining QA scores and adapting quickly to procedural changes will be essential in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver seamless member experiences on the NAC insurance program

* Offer accurate and timely information regarding coverage as per Card Terms and Conditions

* Operate within a heavily regulated industry, demonstrating understanding of Chubb's legal, regulatory, and internal compliance obligations
* Provide financial services efficiently, honestly, and fairly
Required skills and qualifications:
* Exceptional customer service skills, with at least 12 months in a customer-focused role
* Claims handling experience is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent phone manner and verbal communication skills
* Strong written communication skills
* Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn new ones
* Problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
* Competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Strong team player
