About the role:
You'll be the go-to person for:
Monitoring, reviewing, and improving policies, procedures, and clinical standards to ensure safe, high-quality care. Analysing data, identifying trends, and spotting opportunities to make real, measurable improvements. Preparing high-quality reports, briefs, and documentation that support decision-making at all levels. Collaborating with teams and stakeholders across facilities to drive positive change. Supporting learning, training, and innovation initiatives to build capability and foster continuous improvement. Implementing system, process, and operational improvements that enhance efficiency, governance, and the patient experience.
Your work will touch every corner of CQHHS - helping teams work smarter, patients receive safer care, and services run smoother.
About you:
While there are no mandatory qualifications, a relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded. You'll also be someone who:
Supports person-centred care through effective planning, coordination, and application of knowledge. Assists with compliance, governance, and policy reviews while working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Maintains your own professional development and helps build the skills and capability of the healthcare team. Contributes to audits, quality improvement projects, and evidence-based initiatives to improve services. Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and professionalism to foster a positive safety culture.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $134,984 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $54.83 - $59.66 p.h. 12.75% employer superannuation contribution17.5% leave loading
