Electronics Expert
Are you an experienced electronics expert looking for a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Service Technician.
* Provide exceptional technical support and service excellence at customer locations.
* Work closely with the Service Manager and Field Services team to ensure electronic gaming machines operate smoothly.
* Perform routine tasks, preventative maintenance (PM), break / fix repairs, and system diagnostics on-site.
* Conduct equipment installation, removal, upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites.
* Investigate and resolve complex system faults, performing repair work as needed.
* Respond promptly and professionally to service calls to meet customer expectations.
* Collaborate effectively with venue staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Accurately collect and report all activities using Aristocrat's field service management tools.
* Ensure real-time data entry and accuracy of service records, tasks, and inventory.
* Record part usage and ensure returns are completed according to ATA's SLA and compliance standards.

Requirements
* Valid Australian driver's licence.
* Ability to acquire and maintain relevant state / territory gaming licences.
* Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and fault-finding capabilities.
* Effective communication abilities and customer-centric attitude.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple customer sites.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time, tasks, and service schedules.
* Proficient in using mobile devices and field service applications for reporting.
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
