About the company

About the role
Reporting directly to the business owner, you will take ownership of day-to-day PM operations. This role focuses on mentoring junior staff, improving portfolio health, implementing systems, and setting the department up for scalable growth. You will work closely with leadership and support staff to lift quality and consistency.
Duties
* Lead daily PM operations and workflow
* Mentor and develop junior property managers
* Implement systems, audits and best-practice processes
* Oversee portfolio health, arrears and retention
* Report on KPIs and performance metrics
Skills & experience
* Senior Property Manager or Head of Department background
* Strong knowledge of PM legislation and compliance
* Ability to mentor and lift team performance
* Process driven
* SA real estate licence essential
