About this role
* Create a welcoming environment for children and young people with complex needs.

Key qualifications and skills:
* Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or relevant qualification.
* A genuine interest in the wellbeing of young people.
* Empathy for young people and the ability to respond in an open-minded and non-judgmental way.
