As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of up to 12 employees, overseeing all aspects of quality control, boat building, and health and safety. You will also be responsible for achieving maximum productivity from your team, as measured against agreed Key Performance Indicators.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in a production supervision position within a manufacturing environment. They will also have proven ability to coach team members, high-level communication skills (verbal and written), and demonstrated skills and experience in conflict resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
">
In addition to these technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
">
* Supervise and mentor a team of up to 12 employees
">
* Oversee all aspects of quality control, boat building, and health and safety
">
* Achieve maximum productivity from the team, as measured against agreed Key Performance Indicators
">
* Mentor, guide, and support the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
">
* Identify and address any performance issues or concerns, working with the team to develop solutions and implement improvements
">
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
">
">
Requirements:
">
* Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
">
* Previous experience in production supervision in a manufacturing environment, preferably in welding trades
">
* Proven ability to coach team members
">
* High-level communication skills (verbal and written)
">
* Demonstrated skills and experience in conflict resolution and implementation of corrective actions
">
* Commitment to Health and Safety - 5S Health and Safety Audits
">
* Valid Drivers' Licence
">
* Proficient in the use of computer-based software, particularly Microsoft Office suite of programs
">
