**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as mopping to maintain the appearance of various flooring types.
- Conduct custodial duties in common areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall property upkeep.
- Report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated time frames.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, Domestic cleaning, or custodial services is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and enhancing client satisfaction.

Pay: $25.00 - $31.21 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
