I am currently seeking a Safety Advisor to join a well‐established national Tier 2 commercial and industrial builder.
The business typically delivers projects valued between $20M and $50M across Southeast Queensland, with a strong pipeline of future work. Projects are generally located across Brisbane's south side, with potential for occasional travel depending on project requirements.

The Role
* Provide site‐based safety support across commercial and industrial construction projects
* Partner closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior management to drive positive safety outcomes
* Conduct site inspections, audits, investigations, and risk assessments
* Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training
* Assist in maintaining compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures
* Support a growing HSEQ team across a strong pipeline of upcoming projects
About You
* Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within the construction industry
* Experience working on commercial and/or industrial construction projects
* Strong understanding of WHS legislation and contractor management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proactive, practical, and solutions‐focused approach to safety
* Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team
