Job Description

As the Concierge, you are the first point of contact for the ADF Careers centre, providing a friendly and welcoming presence to the ADF Careers brand. You are responsible for addressing all in‑person queries, in‑centre candidate care while maintaining established security arrangements and processes.

You will:

* Deliver first‑point‑of‑contact service for all visitors, employees, candidates and client guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive representation of the Adecco and ADF Careers brand.
* Provide exceptional support to candidates throughout the check‑in process, documentation collection and record management to ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
* Act as the first point of contact for building enquiries including deliveries and visitors.
* Ensure the front of house is kept clean and maintaining standards expected across Workplace Health and Safety, and security requirements.
* Ensure sign‑in process and passes for building access are appropriately administered and returned, maintaining building security and following security processes at all times.
* Report any maintenance or cleaning requirements, as soon as these are brought to attention/escalated.
* Ensure all documentation relating to WHS and Security are maintained and current throughout location.
* Act as key point of contact for in‑location security incidents, recording and reporting immediately to the Centre Operations Officer.
* Provide security administrative support and coordination, administering security clearance processes in line with Security team's established process and AGSVA's requirements, ensuring all policy and legislative requirements are met.
* Facilitate site induction, as required for staff in location, including visitors and new starters.
* Provide administration and coordination support, as required for the Centre Coordinator, across activities such as WHS, centre operations and engagement initiatives.
* Prepare documentation for annual audits and registration requirements, as required.
* Maintain front of house documentation ensuring currency and confidentiality are adhered to.
* Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of candidate assessments throughout their time in centre.
