**Portfolio Manager Opportunity**
We are seeking an ambitious professional to oversee a portfolio of clients navigating property disposal or downsizing.
The role involves researching and facilitating the selection of Real Estate agents, coordinating property preparation for sale, and liaising with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with lenders, trustees, solicitors, real estate agents, valuers, and tradespersons on a regular basis
* Preparing and organizing sales tenders for client portfolios along with written recommendations
* Liaising with Real Estate agents and clients throughout the entire sale process (tender to settlement)
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Minimum 3 years' experience in property management
* Superb customer service skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Great organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
* Ability to think analytically and use initiative
* Intermediate level of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
