About the Role
* Accounts Payable: Oversee the end-to-end processing of accounts payable functions across multiple entities.
* Travel Allowances: Oversee the processing of travel allowances and staff reimbursements.
* Administration: Investigate and resolve any irregularities and enquires from internal and external stakeholders.
* Information Handling: Collect, store, and manage sensitive information in a timely, secure, and confidential manner consistent with organisational policy and privacy standards.
* Database Management: Ensure case reports are processed and assigned for billing within organisational timeframes using the Siren Ambulance Case Reporting System.
About You
* A strong grasp of basic mathematics, especially in time management and number sequencing.
* The ability to follow digital instructions for accurate data entry and retrieval.
* Solid communication skills – you\'re approachable, professional, and know how to build strong working relationships.
* Experience in organising and recording routine information using standard formats.
* A proactive approach – you follow instructions, track your progress, and meet deadlines with ease.
* Confidence in solving task-related problems and making sound, low-impact decisions.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience.
* Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or business studies.
* Experience working in not-for-profit organisations – you understand mission-driven work.
* Previous employment at an accounting firm – you\'re familiar with financial environments and professional standards.
