Senior Safety Advocate Role
This leadership position requires a strong background in risk assessment, safety planning, and client engagement. The Senior Safety Advocate will oversee case management quality and ensure best practice approaches are implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance and supervision to team members
* Coordinate referrals and conduct comprehensive intake assessments
* Facilitate weekly meetings to discuss case management plans and review progress
* Develop and implement evidence-based case management plans
* Engage clients with empathy and trauma-informed practice
Requirements:
* Relevant social services qualification or extensive experience in the field
* Cultural knowledge and established networks
* Proven track record of working in family and domestic violence contexts
* Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate
