ABOUT THE ROLE
St Agnes' Catholic Parish is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to provide holiday relief cover at the Presbytery. This is a casual, on-call position ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming home environment. You'll be responsible for high-quality cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and general household duties.
This is a casual, ad hoc role to provide holiday relief cover for planned and unplanned leave throughout 2026.
Confirmed cover required from the 9th March till 1st May.
The position requires availability Monday to Friday, approximately 09:00 am – 3:00 pm, based at the Presbytery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Housekeeping & Cleaning – Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the Presbytery, including regular vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and tidying Meal Preparation – Preparing and cooking meals as required
* Meal Preparation – Preparing and cooking meals as required
* Laundry & Linen Care – Washing, ironing, and maintaining household and church linen Household
* Management – Organising shopping lists, maintaining kitchen appliances, and disposing of rubbish
* Reporting – Notifying the Property Services team of any maintenance or repairs required
