* A minimum of GYG or similar fast-paced QSR experience required
* Proven leadership in high-energy environments with a strong track record of meeting KPIs and exceeding goals
* Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to make informed business decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
