We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Sydney office and support the development of major infrastructure projects for domestic and international clients.
About the Role
This is a key opportunity for a talented lawyer to work closely with Partners and colleagues on high-profile front-end energy and infrastructure projects. You will be given a high level of responsibility and autonomy to lead matters or work streams, requiring strong technical expertise and confidence in advising clients with complex drafting and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on front-end construction and infrastructure law
* Lead matters or work streams with minimal supervision
* Develop strategic procurement advice in relation to early development phases and project structuring
* Contribute to business development activities and identify new client opportunities
Requirements
* Australian qualified lawyer with 4-8 years post-qualification experience in private practice
* Demonstrated experience in front-end construction and infrastructure law
* Strong organisational skills and ability to assimilate information quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development
