This role offers the opportunity to oversee premium hospitality projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.What You'll Be DoingManage and oversee on-site hotel construction and refurbishment worksSupervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring daily sign-ins and inductions are completedMaintain strict compliance with WHS, quality, and safety standardsCoordinate materials ordering, deliveries, and site stock levelsMonitor progress against project timelines and keep management updatedResolve site challenges quickly while keeping communication open between office and site teamsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a Site Manager in commercial constructionStrong background in hospitality or hotel projects (preferred)Excellent leadership, organisation, and people management skillsAbility to maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and workmanshipProficiency with digital reporting and site documentationCurrent White Card and relevant site management certificationsWhy Work With Us?
