Role
As a Manager, you will be required to perform and direct all areas of restaurant management. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position. You will promote Subway brand awareness and be a brand ambassador.
We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to run our Logan Village restaurant.
Responsibilities
* Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
* Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program
* Responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules.
* Responsible for local marketing initiatives – may contact prospective guests to promote sales
* Maintain business records

* Experience in hospitality
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
