Job Overview
The role of Maintenance Assistant is a crucial position in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This individual will be responsible for maintaining all rooms, amenities, and communal spaces to a high standard.
* Maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance projects form the core of this role.
* General building maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing or electrical work are also integral parts of the job.
* Effective problem-solving skills and clear communication with the team and guests are essential for success in this position.
