An established global manufacturer of mining consumables is seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to drive market share renewal and growth across the APAC region. Following strategic repositioning, the business is finalising construction of a new production facility that will deliver significant competitive advantages in logistics and market positioning. Based in Australia and reporting to the Vice President Grinding Media and International Sales, you will carry full accountability for developing and expanding the APAC region's customer base and revenue performance. You will lead business development efforts across the territory, managing an expanding team whilst working closely with technical support specialists within the territory. Your focus will centre on new customer acquisition and relationship development with major mining operators, leveraging industrial trials and technical consulting to demonstrate value propositions.
The ideal candidate will bring proven business development capability within mining consumables or mineral processing, with established relationships across target mining companies. A technically credible background in grinding media, comminution, or mineral processing operations is highly desired, coupled with demonstrated ability to articulate sophisticated value propositions and navigate complex contract negotiations. Self-motivation, commercial acumen, and strategic patience to position premium products at higher price points will be critical to success.
