Project Manager Opportunity
A great opportunity to work on commercial projects in Canberra, with further growth forecasted in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
* Progress claim assistance and external variations.
* Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts.
* Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims.
* Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants.
* Administration of the project HSE system.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects.
* Aspiring contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects.
* Industry relevant degree qualification.
* Familiarity with Contract Law principles & construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations.
* Confident & collaborative communicator.
* Self-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.
* Process and system appreciative.
