Job Title: Licensing Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Licensing Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of licensing records, maintaining ongoing compliance with regulatory standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain Accurate Records: Process, renew, and maintain accurate licensing records in line with regulations.
* Ensure Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory standards.
* Provide Customer Service: Answer internal and external licensing enquiries.
* Collaborate with Departments: Work alongside departments to meet licensing requirements.
* Prepare Reports: Prepare, submit, and manage reports and documentation.
* Resolve Discrepancies: Identify and resolve licensing discrepancies.
Requirements:
* Administrative Experience: Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the automotive or transport sector.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation.
* Licensing Knowledge: Knowledge of licensing regulations and compliance requirements.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external bodies.
