Key responsibilities include:
* In the community: You will see consumers referred through government funded models, such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and Private funding.
* Duties: Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations for consumer activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care, skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
* Requirements: Flexibility and adaptability are essential. You must work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession and meet the needs of our organization and aged care facilities.
