Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences in the food and beverage department.
* Lead the team to ensure strong standards and effective time management.
* Assist with stock control, rostering, training, and staff development.
* Maintain the POS system and basic Excel rostering software and reporting.
* Coordinate various events, including weddings, dinners, conferences, and art exhibitions.
