We are seeking a skilled and experienced Speech Pathology Manager to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Speech Pathology department, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective intervention plans.
* Liaise with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure informed service delivery.
* Supervise and manage a team of speech pathology assistants, graduate speech pathologists, and junior speech pathologists.
Qualifications & Experience
* Completed Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
* Proven experience working with children aged 2-18 years.
* Current Working with Children Check and National Police check required.
* Driver's license and access to a car for school and home visits necessary.
* Membership of Speech Pathology Australia and commitment to their Code of Ethics essential.
