About the Role
Our client is a global entity that operates from Wollongong NSW, aiming to implement the National Code for Gender-Based Violence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Implementation of GBV Compliance Plan: Drive the execution of a national compliance action plan aligned with the National Code, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to standard.
* Engage and Align Stakeholders: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, advisory bodies, operational teams, and community partners, to maintain alignment, accountability, and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage Risk and Ensure Regulatory Alignment: Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring that all initiatives meet national compliance standards and reflect best practices in gender-based violence prevention and response.
* Drive Change and Communication Strategy: Champion a cultural and behavioural shift through clear communication and a robust change management approach that supports sustainable organisation-wide engagement.
